Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day, if any order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

Free Shipping for orders over £50. Free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout so please double check the address to make sure it is correct.

We are closed for bank holidays including:

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday and other bank holidays. (We are open when the Post Office is open)

For our Europe and international customers you have two options Standard shipping and tracked shipping. 

It is important to note that for European and international customers, we are not liable for any orders missing or lost in transition once we have sent the parcel.

Which is why we recommend that you use the tracked shipping method so that you can ensure the parcel arrives safely as it is tracked.

We are not responsible for international orders once they have left the depot. Please check the local laws before ordering.

Customers are responsible for any duties and tax for their order.

Any Order made Friday after 1 pm onwards may not ship until next working day, also Friday Orders may not arrive until 1-2 business working days.

We are close Saturday and Sunday and these do not class as working days.

In order to accept any returns you have a maximum of 14 days to return said product to be eligible for a refund. Any orders past the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund regardless of any issues.
