Refund policy

Overview

Here at Cigma vape we take great pride on providing an excellent services for our customers, before purchasing we highly recommend you read the refund policy and understand what the policy entails. In order to provide the best service we must also take into consideration health and safety for all our customers and therefore some of policies are to protect the wellbeing of our customers.

All buyers agree that they are over the age of 18 in the UK. We will not ship to any customer if it is believed that the customer is under the of 18 (see vape laws for your country) upon which you may or may not receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our fast turn around from when each order is placed here at Cigma vape allow a 15 minute grace period to cancel your order. If any order must be cancelled past the 15 minute grace period we may not be able to cancel your order as we will start to process the order.

Return Policy
In order to accept any returns you have a maximum of 14 days to return said product to be eligible for a refund. Any orders past the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund regardless of any issues.
Due to health and safety purposes any e-liquid item including but not limited to shortfills, nic salts, nic shots etc. cannot be returned regardless whether the item has been opened or used or whether it sealed and in its original manufactured packaging. The only reason we accept any returns for e-liquid products is if in the case we have sent an incorrect item, no refunds will be accepted for having chosen the wrong flavour, or not liking the taste/smoke of said item.
Any vape kits or e-cigarettes can be returned within the 14 days but must remain in its original packaging. All buyers are responsible for the return delivery of any items and refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified by Cigma vape . Buyers are also responsible for cost of returning of delivery for any orders placed cigmavape.com. Deductions may be made from the refund if it is deemed damage has been caused due to mishandling the item from buyer.

We will also refund the amount of the delivery cost of any item to match the cheapest delivery method we offer unless qualified for free delivery in the case of when the customer has received free delivery we will minus the delivery charge that has costed from total amount even if only partial of the order is to be returned. If Buyer has paid for special delivery unfortunately we may only be able to refund the amount matched by the cheapest delivery service offered, on the day the order was placed.
Any disposable vape items including but not limited to disposable vapes, refill pods etc. cannot be accepted to a refund unless an error has occurred and we have sent an incorrect item. In the case where you receive an item and an incorrect item has been sent by us we can only accept the refund if the item is in its original packaging. Sadly due to hygiene and to keep our customers safe any disposable vape items not in its original packaging, under no circumstances can be returned including items that are sent incorrectly so please check the item before opening. All puff counts are a guide from manufacturing.

International Customers:

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are due when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
